![]() I don't want to uninstall the Security and VPN as I have paid for them and my previous antihacking setup was obviously inadequate. Completing the Feedback form makes no difference. Since then when I try to log into BT email, (bt.com), firstly there is a red block on the right side of the screen which says Feedback and then after entering my email address and password, correctly, I get the red block above Sign in saying Check that I have entered my username and password correctly. Two days ago, after receiving an email from a spammer telling me that he knew, and correctly quoting, my password, (one which I had used to join a geneology site the previous day) I bought and installed AVG Internet Security and AVG VPN on my laptop, which runs Windows 10 Home. ![]() I had AVG free basic antivirus for some years with no problems.
